Mai Hong-jun | Art profile

Currently, he is the full time painter of Beijing painting academy, the national level artist, a member of Chinese artists association, a committee member of Beijing youth federation.

He was born in Bo’ai county Henan province in 1969. graduated from the central university for nationalities、the central academy of fine arts. He has held solo exhibition and joint exhibition in Beijing、Henan、Shandong、Shenzhen、Jiangsu、and Korea、Japan、France、the United Kingdom、Austria and so on. In 2014, he held “Smoky feed——Mai Hong-jun landscape painting art exhibition” in national art museum of China and Henan province art gallery.

His works took part in national fine arts exhibition、Beijing international art biennale、national Chinese painting exhibition and some national level exhibition, and awarded many times, several tens of works were collected by national art museum of China、Beijing painting academy and some important national art organization.

He has published many albums, such as 《Chinese contemporary famous painter album· Mai Hong-jun》、《Smoky feed· Mai Hong-jun poems and calligraphies and paintings》、《Approached the classic——Chinese contemporary famous painters series, volume·Mai Hong-jun》、《Chinese landscape painting decomposition dictionary》、《Chinese landscape painting copying and creation》、《Famous sketch model·Mai Hong-jun》、《Chinese contemporary painting art masters——Mai Hong-jun· landscape volume》、《Chinese contemporary painting art masters——Ma Hong-jun· calligraphy volume》.
